THE FURTHER MIS-ADVENTURES OF WRONG WAY CORRIGAN.
The last time we met our hero, Wrong Way had just purchased a bag of maps from the 99 cents store. Breathless and full of.....antisipation, He takes out a greasepen and w/eyes closed, Marks a new location of his next trek.
Armed now with a destination, And smegma-fuel from the gas-consortium,He sneaks on to a little known runway....(LAX).....Where his wooden escape aero-drone awaits! Having his pre-flight & flight plan etched in crayon,Our hero heads to his own private aerodrone office, Provided by Gump & Co. to await his best GET OUTTA TOWN! option without any further Imperial entanglements.
Mist.......... engulfing the airfield,...... Calc-u-later ...in hand,...... Rag with a singular option,..... Relentlessly wiping the windshield,..... Opening up the throttle,..... Popping the top of the bottle,...... Pushing the envelope farther, .......Of his idol of the 20s, His father,.........Escaping the boundry's of earth! Only one slight mis-cal-cu-lat-ion! It's dark up here! I can't see!.... Heading in a northernly direction,..... So he thinks, Un-beknowst to Wrong Way, The Island of Catalina lies directly below him! I wonder how the natives would feel about their new aerodrone mis-fit landing at..... Hawaii?.... Alo-ha-oui-Capatain! Having missed his favorite landing strip in Maui,Wrong Way turns a 180 degree turn,(Plus or minus 23 degrees you see)........And flys above the ocean blue. |
